My name is Paige Harrison and I am a sophisticated and intelligent Lifestyle Female Dominant who is available to meet with submissive males who want to face reality and begin their journey to achieving their fantasies, true nature and desires.  I offer in-person as well as a telephone coaching service and also work with many individuals through my E-male services which are further explained on my services page.

I am an advocate of Women advancing in our society and am very much a futurist who believes in the Female-Led lifestyle. I am a Feminist minded Woman who has lived in this lifestyle for more than 15 years with a submissive life-partner.  We are now divorced.

I am a Alpha Female who is naturally the Dominant.  It is my belief that for a Female-Led Relationship to function at an optimum level, it is best that a beta personality is found as this is likely the best match for an Alpha Female.  A  beta male who acquiesces to your needs and wishes. My personal background includes a long career in business where I regularly come into contact with men of all types and varieties.  In addition to my business education I also have a deep background in psychology, music and theater.

I have always identified best with men who appreciate a strong and assertive Female.  Many men are intimidated by a confident Female.  I have a very powerful energy that both intimidates and excites males and have been told that this energy is felt just being in my presence.  It is not unusual for men to find as assertive Female style sexually attractive.  At times I have tried to conceal my Dominance to make men feel more comfortable, however that rarely is successful so I now express my natural Dominant personality in a healthy and open way.   

I am a Female Dominant Woman in every sense of the word, but I also revel in my Femininity.  Are men biologically coded to be the Dominant sex?  I think not.  Power in our culture is linked to gender; and men are supposed to have it and Women are not.  Does that sound right to you? It does not to me and it is my view that the future is looking to be quite the opposite.  In the bedroom power assumes many guises and meanings.  What is masculinity and Femininity in bed?  Do you know?

In my professional life I carry a business card that says "President" as I am the  owner of a firm that specializes in helping businesses improve. I also work in the area of Coaching Women for Roles of Leadership in the 21st Century. In my work I have helped many Women realize their potential as leaders in their professional and personal relationships.  As the world is changing, 'the future is Female' and many companies and organizations will become increasingly more Female-Led as Women continue to push through the metaphorical glass ceiling.  The reasons are many, as Women continue to outperform men in may areas of leadership including in such key areas of competency as communication and teamwork, but also in skill areas not traditionally considered Female, such as planning, goal-setting and facilitating change
